This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital templates and custom design services. By purchasing from Modulare Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:
Technical Issues:
If a template cannot be accessed or used due to technical problems that cannot be resolved.
Mismatch with Description:
If the product does not align with its advertised features or functionality.
For custom projects, refund eligibility depends on the progress of the work.
Refunds for custom projects
For custom design services, refunds may be available based on the stage of the project:
3.1 - Before Work Begins: Full refund (100%).
3.2 - During the Project: Partial refunds (10%-50%), depending on the work completed.
3.3 - After Completion: No refunds once the final deliverables have been provided.
To ensure alignment, we incorporate early design reviews and client check-ins throughout the process.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
1 - Email Us: Send your request to hello@modulare.studio.
2 - Include Details: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots).
3: Wait for Review: Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
4: Processing Time: If approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Support instead of refunds
In most cases, we can resolve issues through support rather than refunds. If you need assistance with your purchase, reach out to us—we’re here to help.
For customers who purchased our Full Setup Service, we ensure a seamless experience, handling everything from installation to customization and troubleshooting.
Important notes
• Refunds for digital products are granted at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind or preference for a different product.
• Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
